Designed by Arofe Build & Design Pvt. Ltd., this 31,000 sqm campus adapts to Leh’s hilly desert climate with terraced buildings, courtyards, and sheltered walkways for daylight and passive heating. Features include thermal insulation, natural ventilation, and rainwater/snow-melt harvesting, using durable materials for snow loads. This ongoing project delivers a sustainable, climate-responsive educational environment, setting a benchmark for high-altitude school infrastructure.
