Located in Sector-90, Gurugram, this 80,000 sq.ft. hospital project is designed as a state-of-the-art, patient-centric healthcare facility for client Mr. Ankit Yadav. Currently at the approval stage, the design responds to Gurugram’s composite climate with shaded façades, high-performance glazing, insulated envelopes, and healing green courtyards. It integrates rainwater harvesting, solar energy, energy-efficient HVAC, and landscaped buffers. Developed by Arofe Build & Design Pvt. Ltd., the project emphasizes efficient workflows, safety, and sustainability, setting a new standard for resilient and future-ready healthcare infrastructure in the region.
